The flat comprises a living room with sea view, satellite TV, air conditioning (extra), wifi, an adjoining dining area with a beautiful sea view, a bedroom with sea view (double bed, a modern fitted kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, freezer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker...), and a bathroom with shower.

The furnishings and fittings are modern and bright, promising a pleasant living atmosphere.

With the air conditioning (extra costs) you can cool as well as heat.

You can park directly in front of the flat. The beach of Vale Cenianes is only a 5-minute walk away.

Smoking is only allowed on the roof terrace.

Aerea Description

By car you can reach the centre of Carvoeiro in five minutes, where you will find a beach, numerous restaurants, small shops, banks with ATMs and the post office. A colourful market with typical Portuguese handicrafts invites its visitors to stroll around.

Medical care is provided by English and German doctors.

Furthermore, there are horse riding centres, two water parks, a diving school, the Zoomarine, golf courses, tennis centres and plenty of water sports facilities in the vicinity of Carvoeiro.

The bathing season lasts almost all year round.
Large shopping centres and supermarkets such as Intermarché, Aldi or Lidl are within easy reach by car.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point for discovering the Algarve.

This includes coastal walks, fantastic beaches, the Monchique mountains with their 900 metres of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic places such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to Lisbon (driving time approx. three hours) or an eventful day trip to Seville in Spain (driving time approx. two hours).

In summer, the Algarve offers a variety of cultural highlights in the evening hours.
