When we receive your request, we will send the details of the final price. If the property is already booked on the dates you requested, we will offer you alternative properties and/or dates.

With your booking you will receive a contract by e-mail, fax or post, please sign this and return at once. The deposit payable is 25% of the final price. It takes a week to transfer this money into bank. When we receive the signed contract and the deposit, you will receive an e-mail in which we will confirm the booking and the deposit payment. This e-mail is confirmation of your booking.

We ask that the balance is paid four weeks prior to arrival. Upon receipt of the final payment you will receive a detailed route description and the final details, such as meeting point, keys, instruction, etc.
