Description
The Casa Vista Mar is a modern furnished pool villa in Carvoeiro. It has free WiFi and air conditioning (extra charge). The living room has a flat screen TV and direct access to the terrace and pool area (lockable for children). The dining area in the house is for 8 people, on the terrace there is also a dining table for 8 people as well as sun loungers, lounge furniture, a brick barbecue and a bread oven as well as a table tennis table.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all important appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, two more on the upper floor with access to the terrace, here and on the roof terrace you have a wonderful sea view over the roofs of Carvoeiro. Lounge furniture also invites you to linger on the terrace in front of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom.
This holiday home is quietly located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, there is a parking space for one car on the property. In just 5 minutes by car you are in the center of Carvoeiro with many restaurants, bars and shops. The beaches Paraiso, Carvoeiro or Sesmarias can also be reached in 5 minutes.
Area Description
In the immediate vicinity you will find a riding center, two water parks, the Zoomarine, many golf courses, a tennis center, large shopping centers and lots of water sports.
For hikers, the steep coast is a worthwhile destination for an exploration tour.
Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point to discover the Algarve.
These include coastal walks, the Monchique Mountains with more than 900 meters of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point of Europe, historical places such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to the capital Lisbon (travel time approx. Three hours) or an eventful day trip to Seville, Spain ( Travel time approx. Two hours).
A rental car to explore the Algarve is recommended. With it you are in a short time in the next larger cities such as Portimão, Albufeira or Lagoa or on the countless, dreamlike beaches. Bathing is possible almost all year round.

The minimum rental period is 7 days.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage.
The house is very well equiped; full kitchen, amazing pool and bbq area and ensuite for each bedroom! Two rooms have single beds which are not easy to combine without an overlay. Location is good; 5min drive into town or 20min walk. The walk back is up a very steep hill though! Air conditioning is at an extra cost however was not in the listing. Ich war bereits zwei Mal in der Casa Vista Mar. Mir gefallen vor allem der Blick von der großen Dachterrasse, die großzügige, hervorragend ausgestattet Küche und die Sitzplätze rund um das Haus, die den Aufenthalt im Freien bei (fast) jedem Wetter möglich machen. Dank Kamin und Fußbodenheizung auch für Winteraufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen!

I had an amazing 4 days at Casa Vista Mar, it was super clean, we had everything we needed at the property and loads of sunlight. It’s well located, there’s a bunch of cozy authentic and well priced restaurants around. We were able to access beautiful beaches and coast lines by car and by bicycle. Would very much recommend. Oh and the Wifi is super fast, was ideal for remote work.

Tolle Unterkunft, super Lage, ruhige Gegend, alles gut zu erreichen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Zimmer, toller Außenbereich. Kommen gerne wieder:)

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in der Casa Vista Mar. Buchung und Übernahme des Hauses waren immer völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus selber ist innen und außen mit Pool, vielen Sitzbereichen und Bädern, Küchenequipment/Waschmaschine etc. extrem gut und großzügig ausgestattet. Aufgrund der Lage gehen wir oft an die tollen Strände, haben aber immer noch neue Ideen für das nächstes Mal :-)

The villa was a dream come true! Impeccably clean, spacious, and featuring an amazing swimming pool, it exceeded all our expectations. Its ideal location, close to beautiful beaches and charming villages, made exploring the Algarve a breeze. Our host was exceptionally kind and provided us with plenty of tips that made our stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return!. Would totally recommend!

An ideal house for our family holiday with its numerous bed and bathrooms, as well as being comfortable, well-equipped and maintained, we appreciated the excellent service by Harald Wittmann. We could enjoy lounging and relaxing around the pool, eating outside and inside, barbecuing and an ideal location for visiting the numerous beaches amd making outings locally. We very much enjoyed our stay and would gladly return again
