Right next to the bright entrance hall is the homely library of the house with fireplace with heating cassette. Here you will find relaxation and recreation.
The dining area for 8 people is directly connected with steps to the comfortably furnished living area.
This is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with sound bar and a Sonos box as well as a fireplace with heating cassette. From the living area you have direct access to the partly covered terrace and the pool area. There is also a dining table for 6 people, as well as sun loungers and parasols.
You have fast, stable internet up to 200Mbit in all rooms as well as in the outdoor area and on the roof terrace.
The villa has 3 very large, tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. One bedroom also has a flat screen TV, all bathrooms have a shower, one additionally has a corner bath.
The fully equipped kitchen and the utility room with washing machine and dryer were only renewed in 2022.
