Property Description
Here you live directly in the first row by the sea. The nearest beach of Vale Centeanes can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
The living room, the bedroom and the terrace go directly south to the sea and offer the best sea view. On the terrace you have a dining table for 4 people, 2 sun loungers, barbecue and parasol.
There are 2 sofas in the living room, where 2 more persons can sleep if required. So the apartment can be used by up to 4 people. Furthermore, there is a dining area, air conditioning and a TV in the living room.
The bedroom also has air conditioning and a TV.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine toaster and a washing machine. The bathroom has vanity, toilet and a shower.
Area Description
In Carvoeiro, which is a three minute drive or twenty minutes walk away, there is a fine sandy beach, restaurants, shops, banks with ATMs and a post office.
Medical care is available with English speaking doctors.
Also in the vicinity of Carvoeiro there is a riding Centre, two water parks, a diving school, the Zoomarine, golf courses, tennis centre, and plenty of water sports facilities.
The summer season extends almost throughout the whole year.
Large shopping malls and supermarkets like Intermarché, Pingo Doce, Aldi and Lidl can be reached quickly by car.
Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point to explore the Algarve. There are plenty of coastal walks, the Monchique mountains over 900 metres high,
SAGRES the most southwesterly point of Europe, and historical towns like Lagos and Silves. Interesting day trips to Lisbon and Seville are also possible and are well worth seeing.
In summer, the Algarve offers a wide range of evening cultural events.

In der Wohnung gibt es in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, einen elektrischen Entsafter durch den man sich frischen Saft beschaffen kann, einen großen Kühlschrank mit einem schnell frierenden Gefrierfach, Schirme für den Strand, einen Meeresblick von der Terrasse aus, schnelles Internet und einen freundlichen Empfang auf Deutsch. Ich würde diese ausgezeichnete Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen!
Man müsste den Filter des Staubsaugers wechseln. 05.08.2020 Booking.com

Logement agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, avec une merveilleuse vue sur la mer, très proche de la plage, accessible à pied en bord de falaises. Fabuleux !

The apartment is exactly as described in the photos, very well equipped and has everything you need to spend a great time there.
The location is perfect: just take the beach towel, walk 200 meters and we are already on a beautiful beach. But the cherry on top of the cake is that you can look at the sea 24 hours a day, whether you are inside the apt or on the terrace. I was in love with a huge and beautiful pine tree that is in front of the terrace that gave me shade and coolness on very hot days. Within a radius of 5 km, we have countless beautiful beaches (it's mandatory to go to the Marinha beach). If you like hiking, you can visit them through a wonderful route over the cliffs (Seven Hanging Valleys Trail). This trail starts in front of this apartment and ends at Marinha beach. Harald was very communicative, punctual, helpful and friendly. We would gladly work with him again. When we arrived I felt I had walked right into the photo that attracted me to the place, a patio with barbecue overlooking the Atlantic. The place functioned well, with plenty of space for our plan to shop locally and cook dinners at home, eating outside. Harald gave us lots of tips about things to see and answered our many questions with patience and good cheer. The only drawback was that we went in high season and there were lots of tourists at the local beaches and such. We had a wonderful and memorable time there and would recommend it.

Wir waren anfang Dezember für 2 Wochen in der Rosa u. haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist optimal eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist super. Herr Wittmann war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir 2 junge leute18 u. 20 waren für 2 wochen im Apartment Rosa ( Sept. )
Das Apartment ist prima eingerichtet u. war sehr sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist umwerfend. Der Strand ist top. Der kleine Supermarkt ist ziemlich teuer aber ALDI ist nicht weit. Der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
